About Our Host

Edward Pallas

Dr. Ed Pallas is a retired police commander with over 30 years of experience in law enforcement. Throughout his career, he served in major leadership roles including Director of Training & Education, Commander of Major Crimes, and leader of his department’s Crisis Negotiation Team.

Ed holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and Innovation and a Master’s in Applied Behavioral Science, bringing a rare blend of academic insight and street-tested experience to every episode. As a former IACP Leadership Master Instructor, current FBI-LEEDA instructor, and author of Leader Armor, he’s trained thousands of leaders across the United States and abroad — helping them develop the mindset, communication, and integrity needed to lead under pressure.

Now, through Blue Leader Nation, Ed is building a community for those who wear or support the badge — people who want to lead better, live stronger, and leave a legacy of trust and service.
